And heat sinks, which reduce overall system cost. The junction-to-case heat resistance of the package is extremely low, only 0.25°C/W, ensuring efficient heat dissipation. The creepage distance from the pin to the heat sink is very large, reaching 5.6mm. When applying high voltage, the long creepage distance can provide more. High safety factor. The new product is also available in a TO-247 package.
The TM8050H-8 is the newest member of the STMicroelectronics SCR product family. The rated output current ranges from 12A to 80A and can be used to develop ultra-compact, high-reliability cars or motorcycles. Pressure regulators, inductive motor starters, soft starters, industrial hot air blowers or rice cooker controllers, solid state relays (SSR), uninterruptible power supplies (UPS) and power regulators.
Dynamic resistance (RD) and on-state voltage (VTO) are very low, 5.5 mΩ (TJ = 150°C) and 0.85V, respectively, and the maximum leakage current is 20μA (800V, Tj = 25°C). TM8050H-8 ensures The application has extremely high energy efficiency under various working conditions.
