Three-phase thyristor power regulator function and application

The power regulator is a panel mounted power adjustment unit that uses a thyristor (also called a thyristor) and its trigger control circuit to adjust the load power. More now is the use of digital circuits to trigger thyristors to achieve voltage regulation and power regulation. Voltage regulation adopts phase-shift control method, and power regulation has fixed-cycle power regulation and variable-cycle power regulation.

The power regulator is used with the 0-5V, 4-20mA intelligent PID regulator or PLC; it is mainly used for the heating control of industrial electric furnaces, and the soft start energy-saving operation control of large fan pumps. The load type can be three-phase resistive load, three-phase inductive load and three-phase transformer load; the three-phase load can be center ground load, center ungrounded load, inner triangular load and outer triangular load.
